Everything is out of this world, from the artisan breads to the specialty crackers to the amazing jellies. All with a smile, and a great appreciation for other local artisans. I can't get enough.

Meadowlark Acres is the BOMB!
By: Nancy Burchett (Mar 10, 2010)
I met Suzanne last summer at a Farmer's Market. She had tastings of her bread and jellies and they were incredible! I have a tough time deciding which flavor I want today. Each one is bursting with flavor, and the way she combines fruits with peppers is amazing. I have also featured her breads and jellies at Factory Direct Appliance and Nebraska Furniture Mart while I demonstrate Dacor appliances. Customers are always amazed at the flavor combinations, and many have become customers of Meadowlark Acres themselves. If you haven't tried Meadowlark Acres, you are in for a treat!

Best in Town!

I have just met Suzanne and I am thrilled to be able to enjoy her declicious recipes. She is so creative and everything is so wonderful. Just want more all the time. So glad my son, Kris, got me hooked up with her. Who knew that a guy in NYC at the James Beard Foundation would hook his mom up with this fantastic lady right here in KC? Thanks Kris, and thanks Suzanne!

The Best Stuff on Earth!

I have become addicted to Meadowlake Acres pepper jellies. My current favorite is the Rainbow Hot Pepper Zucchini Jelly. My favorite way to enjoy it: Toasted cheese sandwich with the jelly for breakfast!

Multi-purpose yumminess!

Sure, it's pure heaven to spread Meadowlark Acres purple basil jelly on bread, bagels or english muffins, but try it as an after glaze on pork or roasted chicken! YUM!
Another yummy trick - Add Meadowlark Acres Sweet and Spicy Hot Pepper Mustard to your basic vinaigrette dressing.
It's easy to love it as is or to get creative with it!

Jellies to fight over
By: Nola Devitt (Jul 17, 2009)
I recently did a taste test of 5 different Meadowlark Acres jellies and spreads, and it was tough to pick a favorite. Each one pairs perfectly with something different, so I always want them all! Whenever I serve them to friends, they beg me for some to take home. My alltime favorite, though, has to be the Pepper Jelly served with cheddar cheese!

Delicious

I love this pepper jelly! It's addictive with a unique flavor and has the right amount of spice. The only problem is I can't stop eating it once I start.

Great to look at, great to give as gifts but mostly, just great to eat!

Pepper Jelly
By: Adam Elliott (Jul 16, 2009)
I've had the good fortune to have Suzanne's pepper jelly the last 5-6 years.
The first time I had it, it was better than anything I had tried like it before. Yet, she continually makes it better--most recently with the multi-colored peppers, too.
If I had a business, I would offer this product to everyone! It truly is the best of its kind, and I've learned that anything done by Suzanne is always first-class, high quality, and done well!

Refeshing

Being raised on a farm, home made jams, jellies, preserves were always available. This jelly reminds me of when true ingredients and not fillers really do produce a better product! The pepper jelly has so many uses it's not meant to be just at the breakfast table!

Hot Pepper Jelly

I served this to guests at brunch and got more positive comments than I got over the entrees I'd worked very hard on. It's unique, with just a bit of fire.

Hot Pepper Jelly

Meadowlark Acres Hot Pepper Jelly is a staple everyone should keep in their pantry. It is wonderful with cheese and crackers. Always great to have on hand when last minute guests stop by. I also enjoy it with brie and homemade bread.
If you want to kick up grilled cheese a few notches, add it to your sandwich. Wow.
